New Support Ticket System: April 3, 2024

We're excited to announce that Wowza Support is upgrading to a new ticketing system, which will be fully implemented within the next 30-45 days. Thank you for your patience and support during this transition.

Wowza Support initiated the transition to a new ticketing system on April 3, 2024. This phase involved revamping the process for submitting new tickets and implementing the necessary procedures to meet SLA requirements. The updated deployment introduces:

- A fresh ticket portal experience

- New ticket submission form and chat functionality (available for premium support)

- Enhanced design and user experience for the My Account portal


Looking Ahead

Moving forward, you will no longer have access to historical tickets through the old portal. Any active tickets in the old system will be managed via email until they are resolved. Once all tickets in the old system are closed, we will transfer the ticket history to the new system so you can easily access your past ticketing records.
