Wowza Streaming Engine uses the following default ports:

TCP 8086-8088	Administration
TCP 8089	REST API Documentation
TCP 8090	SSL for Wowza Streaming Engine Manager Page
UDP 6970-9999	RTP UDP streaming
TCP 80	HLS, MPEG-DASH, and RTMPT streaming, and license server validations
TCP 443	SSL/TLS streaming (RTMPS, HTTPS, and WebRTC)
TCP 554	RTSP streaming
