You will need to provide the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address (this is how we will identify you for support requests)
- Company Name
- Hosting Vendor Account ID (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, etc.)
- Cloud Deployment Platform*
Once you have provided this information, we will manually authenticate your account. This will confirm your maintenance and support for future support requests.
Once you have received notification that the setup is completed, you will be able to login to your Wowza Account Portal and support requests.
After completing this step you will then use the AWS license to apply for your StreamLock certificate.
