Q: How Do I Transfer My License Key to a New Company?
A: This is not currently an option.
We are unable to move subscriptions from one account to another due to possible usage billing and additional issues that can occur with licenses and subscriptions. The purchasing of a license and moving it to a new account is considered acting as a non-authorized reseller.
Our recommendation would be to cancel the existing subscription. We would then advise the new owner to set up an account and purchase a new license if they are planning to continue to use the service.
