I just Purchased a Subscription But My Account Still Shows I Have a Trial

Once you have made the purchase and received the email notification of the transaction you should then log out of your Wowza Video Account and back in again to synchronize your account. You should now be able to access the paid features on your Wowza Video account. 

If you have done this and still show that the account is labeled as a trial, contact Support and we can manually sync your account for you.
