My encoder and/or viewing audience is located behind a firewall and I need to whitelist the IP Address or IP Address range. Where Can I Retrieve Static IP Addresses for Wowza Video?

Within the Wowza Video architecture, we do not use static IP addresses. We only utilize DNS hostnames and as such the IP address will change each time a live stream or transcoder is started. Once you have started the live stream or transcoder, the IP address is made available to you in the Wowza Video interface.
The CDN provider we use for playback also utilizes DNS hostnames.
Whitelist the following DNS Hostnames
*.video.wowza.com
cdn3.wowza.com
